Project: Residential Layout design - holiday, fl

What would you do if you had an extra 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in your current home without additions? What would you say if on top of this you could have a beautiful walk in closet instead of a smaller one?

I know what you might be thinking: well of course I could have all this but I'd have to make my home that much bigger, and it'd cost me a fortune!

In most cases that is a true statement and unfortunately that's what most designers and builders lead their customers to believe.

GOOD LAYOUT DESIGN CAN MAKE MIRACLES.

A good layout design is more than changing walls and placing new doors. It is about a cohesive design that integrates several factors in one layout: minimizing unusable areas, re-purposing old spaces, taking light and ventilation into consideration, knowing where the current installations are located, using the current structure as much as possible, and of course, minimizing the cost and maximizing it's value.

The miracles that this creates can be summarized in one result: maximum space, minimum cost, and therefore, increased value and quality of living.

Check out a prime example of a miracle layout design down below.
